Denise Jordan Finley, a native of the Hudson Valley in Rural New York State, has been writing and playing her songs for over four decades. She has, to date, four albums on the Dome Island Records label, and has won numerous awards at the national level for her musical performance and songwriting, including citations from The New Jersey Folk Festival, The Great Lakes, The Falcon Ridge Emerging Artist Showcase, The Great Lakes Songwriting Contest, as well as highest honors from the Great American, The Mid Atlantic States, and Walnut Valley Festival Competitions.
She has played coast to coast in the United States, as well as entertained audiences cruising on the high seas. In Europe, she toured with Dick Staber and the Yonder City Bluegrass Band. Her music was featured on "CBS This Morning".
Steve Warner paints vivid pictures of people and places. His songs are spiced with humor, emotion and color that conjures up writers like John Prine and Steve Goodman. His lyrical work play can intrigue and inspire, make you laugh and sometimes cry. A common tread in all of his songs is that they are universally accessible. And given his flair for melody, that makes them memorable.
