Online Purchases

  1. I purchased tickets but only received a confirmation email. How do I get my tickets?

    All concert tickets are Will Call. Concert tickets will be ready 1 hour before show time. Please bring a copy of your receipt (paper or electronic) to help us locate your tickets quickly.

  2. What happens if I lose my receipt?

    Please we can look up your tickets. (It just slows down the line.)

  3. Is purchasing tickets online safe?

    TFAM recognizes that online security is hard. In fact, it is really, really hard—well beyond the ability of an all-volunteer organization. Our solution is to use PayPal and its sophisticated security capabilities. No personal information, credit cards, or any other customer information is stored on the TFAM web site.

  4. Do I need a PayPal account?

    No. To use your credit card instead of creating a PayPal account, use the Check Out button instead of the Check out with PayPal button.

  5. Something has come up and I can't come to the show! How do I get a refund?

    Ticket purchase are not refundable. That said, life emergencies happen. If this is the case, please contact us. Alternatively, feel free to pass your tickets to someone else (please give them a copy of the receipt).
